UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Delay condoned.
2. Mr. V Chitambaresh, learned Senior Counsel submits that in the challenges to recruitment of constable in the Central Armed Police Force, divergent views are taken by different High Courts.
3. In the present matter, the Kerala High Court had refused to grant relief to the aspirant. However, the High Court of Delhi and the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir had granted relief to the candidate which led to the Union of India filing SLPs before this Court to challenge the concerned High Court orders. Notice was issued in the SLP filed by the Union of India.
4. Issue notice. Tag with Civil Appeal No.615 of 2023.
5. Leave granted.
