"Learned counsel has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3. He seeks liberty to file Power of Attorney as well as counter affidavit.

Prayer is allowed. Power of Attorney be filed within one week. Counter affidavit be filed within two weeks. List thereafter."

It is submitted that Mr. Vikash Singh, Advocate has on 23.02.2016 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 & 3. The Counsel has also filed Counter Affidavit on 16.3.2016 on behalf of Respondent No. 2. Copy of Counter Affidavit has been included in the Special Leave Petition Paper Books for perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that instant matter is an after notice matter and there are three Respondents in the matter.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. Devendra Singh, Advocate has on 12.04.2016 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1/State of Punjab.
