The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 23.03.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Mr. P.S. Patwalia, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners prays for two weeks' time to file the Rejoinder Affidavit. Prayer stands allowed. List the matter in the last week of April, 2015, for final disposal. The interim order passed on the earlier occasion shall remain in force until further orders."

It is submitted that in compliance of this Court's Order quoted above, Mr. Abhinav Mukherjee, Counsel for the Petitioner has on 15.04.2015 filed Rejoinder Affidavit to the Counter Affidavit filed in respect of respondent Nos. 1 and 3 to 5. Copy of the Rejoinder Affidavit has been included in the Special Leave Petition Paper Books for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is an after notice matter and there six respondents in the matter. Ms. Pragati Neekhra, Advocate is already appearing for respondent Nos. 1 and 3 to 6.

It is further submitted that Neither AD card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back from Respondent No. 2 who is the Chief Minister of State of Himachal Pradesh.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete in respect of respondent No. 2.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
