The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 27.04.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"List the matter on 1st May, 2015."

It is submitted that the instant matter is an after notice matter and there are six respondents in the matter.

It is further submitted that Ms. Pragati Neekhra, Advocate is already appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 3 to 6.

It is further submitted that Neither AD card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back from Respondent No. 2 who is Chief Minister of State of Himachal Pradesh.

It is further submitted that Mr. Abhinav Mukherjee, Counsel for the Petitioner has on 29.04.2015 filed applications for Permission to file additional documents alongwith additional documents and exemption from filing official translation. Applications have been registered as Criminal Miscellaneous Petition Nos. 7658-7659 and 7660-7661 of 2015. Copy of the same is being circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete in respect of respondent No. 2.

The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
