The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 01.05.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Let the matter be listed in third week of August 2015.

The respondents are at liberty to file the reply, if any, to the additional documents filed on behalf of the petitioners."

It is submitted that the instant matter is an after notice matter and there are six respondents in the matter.

It is further submitted that Ms. Pragati Neekhra, Advocate is already appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 3 to 6.

It is further submitted that Neither AD card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back from Respondent No. 2 who is the Chief Minister of State of Himachal Pradesh.

It is further submitted that in compliance of this Court's Order quoted above, Ms. Pragati Neekhra, Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 & 3 to 6 has not filed reply to the additional documents filed by the petitioner, so far.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete in respect of respondent No. 2.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
