UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
- 1 Besides the delay of 118 days in filing the Special Leave Petition, the State of Rajasthan is contesting a quantum of Rs 97,000 which had already been paid.
- 2 The Special Leave Petition is, therefore, dismissed on the ground of delay as well as on the small quantum involved.
