• UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we are inclined to direct that in the event of arrest of the petitioner, she shall be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Trial Court in connection with FIR No.28 of 2012 registered at Police Station Verowal, District Taran Taran, Punjab, subject to the condition that she will join investigation as and when required and shall abide by the provisions of Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
