the appellant-State, submits that insofar as prayer "A" in this application is concerned, the relevant records/notifications shall be kept handy for perusal of this court at the stage of the final hearing of the appeal.

Insofar as prayer "B" is concerned, the amount of compensation, according to him, has already been determined by an order dated 30th January, 2014. Mr. Rajesh Mahale, learned counsel for the applicantsrespondents, points out that the determination does not specify the amount payable to individual land-owners. Mr. Patil submits that given two months' time the needful shall be done. Time prayed for is granted.

The amount determined towards compensation may thereafter be released in favour of the land-owners concerned who shall be free to receive the same without prejudice to their rights and contentions in the present appeal.

I.A.No.1 is accordingly disposed of with the above directions. Post the appeal after two months.
