UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

We have heard learned counsel for the parties on the interlocutory applications for clarification of our order dated 23-04- 2013.

It is clear from the order dated 06-12-2012 that in case the order dated 14th September, 2012 of the Division Bench of the High Court was not complied with by the petitioner within three months from the date of the order, the order dated 9th November, 2012 of the High Court in C.No. 760 of 2012 shall stand revived.

The said period of three months has expired and the petitioner has not complied with the order dated 14th September, 2012 of the Division Bench of the High Court within the period of three months from this Court's order dated 06-12-2012. Hence, the order dated 9th November, 2012 of the High Court in C.No. 760 of 2012 stands revived. The I.A. Nos. 5-6 stand dismissed.
