The matters above-mentioned were (SLP (C) Nos. 15009, 15014 & 15102-15103 of 2016) were listed before the 12th May, 2016, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Permission to file Special Leave Petitions is granted. Delay condoned. Issue notice. We make it clear that the registration can be done expressly making it subject to the final outcome of these Special Leave Petitions."

Accordingly, notice was issued on 27th May, 2016 to all the Respondents in all the above-said matters. Service position of each matter is given below:-

SLP (C) No. 15009 of 2016

It is submitted that there are five respondents in the matter. Mr. P. Ramesh Kumar, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 3 but no counter-affidavit has been filed so far. Signed AD cards have been received from Respondent Nos. 1 & 7 but no one has entered Vakalatnama/Appearance has been filed so far. A period of more than thirty days has already elapsed from the date of issue of the notice by registered post, but neither A. D. Card nor unserved registered cover has been received back from the Respondent Nos. 2, 4, 5, & 6 so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 2, 4, 5 & 6.

SLP (C) No. 15014 of 2016

It is submitted that there are 7 common Respondents in the matter. Signed AD Card has been received from Respondent Nos. 1 & 7 but no one has entered Vakalatnama/Appearance on their behalf so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 2 to 6.

SLP (C) Nos. 15102-15103 of 2016

It is submitted that there are 7 common Respondents in SLP (C) No. 15102 of 2016 and 7 Respondent in SLP (C) No. 15103 of 2016. Respondent No. 1 in SLP (C) No. 15103 of 2016 is also common. Mr. P. Ramesh Kumar filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 6 in SLP (C) No. 15103 of 2016 but no counter-affidavit has been filed so far. Signed AD Card has been received from common Respondent No. 1 in both matters, Respondent No. 7 in SLP (C) No. 15102 of 2016 & Respondent No. 2 in SLP (C) No. 15103 of 2016 but no one has entered Vakalatnama/Appearance on their behalf so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 2 to 6 in SLP (C) No. 15102 of 2016 and Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 & 7 in SLP (C) No. 15103 of 2016.

SLP (C) NO. 16231 OF 2016

The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 11th July, 2016, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue notice. Tag with SLP (C) No. 15009 of 2016."

It is submitted that Mr. G. N. Reddy, consel for the petitioner has not so far filed requisite spare copies. Therefore show cause notice to all the Respondents could not be issued.

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
