The Special Leave Petition above-mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and order dated 29th January, 2016 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in W.A. No. 919 of 2013.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that there is a delay of 120 days and counsel for the petitioner has on 26th August, 2016 filed an application for condonation of delay in filing the Special Leave Petition. The same is registered as I.A. No. 1 of 2016 and has already been included in the SLP paper-books.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 15009 of 2016 is relied upon Judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 12th May, 2016, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to issue notice. Now the said matter is fixed before Registrar's Court on 22nd September, 2016. (Copy of Record of Proceeding dated 12.05.2016 is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
