It is further submitted that Mr. C.K. Rai, Advocate has on 21.10.2016 filed counter affidavit on behalf of the respondents above mentioned and copy of the same has been placed with appeal paper books.
It is lastly submitted that counsel for the appearing parties have not filed statement of case so far despite this Registry's letter dated 01.02.2016.
Service of Notice of lodgment petition of appeal is not complete. Civil appeal is not ready.
The appeal above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
