The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14th August, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Put up this case after four weeks on any non miscellaneous day.

It is made clear that pendency of this special leave petition will not come in the way of the High Court, where similar matter is pending, to decide the same.

Since order has been implemented in this case, no question of passing any interim order arise.

Learned counsel for the respondents are at liberty to file reply."

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that Mr. C. K. Rai, Advocate has on 15th September, 2015 filed Vakalatnama/Appearnace and counter-affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 3 to 7, 9, 10, 12, 13, 15, 18, 19, 20, 22, 24, 26 and 27 and the said counter-affidavit is already included in paper-books.

It is further submitted that there is a delay of 114 days in filing the Special Leave Petition and counsel for the Petitioner has filed application for condonation of delay in filing SLP.

It is also further submitted that Mr. B. V. Balaram Das, Advocate has on 9 th June, 2015 filed additional documents in view of undertaking and the same has already been included in SLP paper-books.

The aforesaid matter alongwith application is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
