It is submitted that Mr. C.K. Rai, advocate has filed vakalatnama and counteraffidavit on behalf of all the respondents. Service of notice is complete.

SLP(C) No. 237 of 2016

It is submitted that Service of notice is complete on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 8 & Respondent Nos. 10 to 81 as Counter Affidavit has already been included in the paperbooks.

Service of notice is incomplete inrespect of Respondent No. 9.

SLP(C) No. 14940 of 2016

The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 12/05/2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with SLP(C) CC no. 9986 of 2016."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued on 23/05/2016 to Respondent Nos. 1 to 11 by registered AD post.

It is submitted that Mr. C.K. Rai, Advocate has on 30/06/2016 filed Vakalatnama & Memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 11, but he has not filed Counter affidavit, so far.
