It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 04.03.2015 of the High Court of Gauhati at Guwahati in WP(C) No. 717 of 2015 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 149 days) and application for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order(unregistered) and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) CC No. 9986/2015 referred on page H of list of dates arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14.08.2015, when the Court was pleased to direct "put up this case after four weeks on any non miscellaneous day". Copy of order dated 14.08.2015 is enclosed herewith and the said matter is noted for listing on 15.12.2015 as per computer data.

The matter alongwith application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
