"Delay in filing the special leave petition is condoned subject to payment of Rs.5,000/-, as cost, with the Supreme Court Employees' Mutual Welfare Fund, within two weeks from today.

Subject to the compliance of the said condition, let notice be issued on the special leave petition,

In the meantime, the operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed."

Accordingly, show cause notice all the Respondents was issued on 9 th March, 2016. There are six Respondents in the matter above-mentioned. Neither A. D. Card nor unserved registered cover has been received back from the all Respondents.

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
