SLP (C) No. 6012 of 2016:-
The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 12th February, 2016, when the Hon'ble Court pleased to pass the following Order:-
"Exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order is allowed.
Delay in filing the special leave petition is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.2,000/- (rupees two thousand only) to be deposited with the Supreme Court Secretarial Staff Welfare Association within four weeks from today.
Issue notice.
Tag with SLP(C).... CC No. 1539 of 2016."
It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that counsel for the Petitioner has on 27th February, 2016 deposited the amount of cost of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) with the Supreme Court Secretarial Staff welfare Association.
It is further submitted that show cause notice has issued on 6 th March, 2016 to all the Respondent. There are thirteen Respondents in the matter. Service of show cause notice is awaited.
SLP (C) ...CC No. 9986 of 2015:-
The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14th August, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court pleased to pass the following Order:-
"Put up this case after four weeks on any non miscellaneous day.
It is made clear that pendency of this special leave petition will not come in the way of the High Court, where similar matter is pending, to decide the same.
Since order has been implemented in this case, no question of passing any interim order arise.
Learned counsel for the respondents are at liberty to file reply."
Subsequently, the matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court alongwith other connected matter on 15th December, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court pleased to pass the following Order:-
"Service is not complete. List after four weeks."
It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that there is no direction for show cause notice in this matter. However, all the 30 Respondents are represented by Mr. C. K. Rai, Advocate and he has also filed counter-affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 3 to 7, 9, 10, 12, 13, 15, 18 to 20, 22, 24, 26 & 27 and the same is included in paper-books.
It is also submitted that there is a delay of 114 days in filing the Special Leave Petition and counsel for the Petitioner has filed application for condonation of delay in filing SLP.
The aforesaid application alongwith matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
