The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 22nd December, 2015 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in Writ Petition No. 37592 of 2014.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that an application for condonation of delay has been filed as there is delay of 274 days in filing the Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) ...CC No. 9986 of 2015 relied upon Judgment is pending and is now updated for 1 st March, 2016. The matter last listed on 15th December, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to adjourned the matter for four weeks. (A copy of Record of Proceeding dated 15th December, 2015 is enclosed herewith)

It is also submitted that Mr. B.V. Balram Das, counsel for the Petitioner has filed additional documents in compliance of his undertaking and the same has been included in SLP paper-books.

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
