The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 16th October, 2014 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in Writ Petition No. 16002 of 2014.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that there is a delay of 114 days in filing the Special Leave Petition and counsel for the Petitioner has filed application for condonation of delay in filing SLP.
