2015, when the court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"An application (I.A. Nos. 1-4 of 2015) has been filed seeking deletion of the names of Respondent Nos. 7 and 33 from the array of parties. There is no opposition. The application is allowed.

The names of Respondent Nos. 7 and 33 be deleted from the array of parties at the risk and responsibility of the petitioner.

Amended cause title be filed within four weeks from today."

It is submitted for the information of the Ld. Registrar that Mr. A. Raghunath, Advocate has on 21.04.2015 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 29 but has not filed the counter affidavit so far.

The names of Respondent Nos. 7 & 33 have been deleted from the array of parties vide court's order dated 26.10.2015.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 2.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
