The respondent Nos.1,4,6,8,9,10-13,15,20-27 & 29 shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks.

The respondent Nos.7 & 33 have been deleted from the array of parties by order dated 26.10.2015 of the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber.

Service of notice is complete on the other respondents(except respondent No.2), but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.
