UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 seeks and is given four weeks' time to file the counter affidavit.

The learned counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of three weeks file the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to the other respondents and he shall file the affidavit of valuation within a period of four weeks whereafter no further extension shall be given.
