The matter abovementioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 05.05.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no.1 is still awaited. Be filed within four weeks as last opportunity,. With respect to remaining respondent Nos. 2 to 31, Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service. Be taken within four weeks. Notices thereafter be issued. List again on 10.8.2015."

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued to Respondent Nos. 2 to 3 by Regd. AD Post on 18.5.2015. Mrs. Promila, Advocate for Respondent No. 1 has not filed counter affidavit. AD card has been received in respect of Respondent No. 15 but no one has entered appearance so far. Neither AD card not unserved cover has been received back in respect of Respondent Nos. 2 to 14 & 16 to 31 so far.

Service is not complete in respect of Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 and 16 to 31.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
