"Service is complete on respondent No. 15 but no one has put in appearance.

Despite last opportunity granted earlier, the Ld. Counsel for respondent No. 1 has yet not filed the counter affidavit. As submitted by the Ld. Counsel for respondent No.1, since the matter is pending for completion of service, as a special chance, two weeks' time is granted to file counter affidavit.

The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps for effecting service upon respondent nos. 2 to 14 and 16 to 31 within four weeks.

List again on 26.10.2015."

It is submitted that pursuant to Ld. Registrar (JII) Order dated 28.08.2015, dasti notice was issued to the counsel for the petitioner for effecting service of notice on the unserved respondent Nos. 214, 1620 and 2231 but she has not filed

Affidavit alongwith proof of service so far. Mrs. Promila, Advocate for Respondent No. 1 has not filed Counter Affidavit so far. A.D card duly singed have been received back in respect of Respondent Nos. 15 and 21 but no one has entered appearance so far.

Service is incomplete to unserved respondent Nos. 214, 1620 and 2231.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Office Report.
