UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

SLP(C) No. 19355/2023

Despite service of notice on respondent No. 1, there is no appearance.

However Mr. Bhanu Mishra, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of Ms. Astha Sharma, Ld. Advocate-on-Record for respondent No.1. Ld. Counsel submits that he has already filed the vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.1. Registry to verify the same.

He seeks and is granted four weeks time to file the counter affidavit.

Respondent Nos.5 and 6 have already filed the counter affidavit.

Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules.

Mr. Varinder Kumar Sharma, Ld. Counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent No.43 but failed to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit despite last Chance granted. This fact may be apprised to Hon'ble Court as and when matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court.

Service is complete on other respondents.

Ld. Counsel for Respondent Nos. 4 and 7 submits that she does not wish to file the counter affidavit.

Petitioner has failed to file fresh particulars and to take fresh steps to effect service on respondent No.19, though last chance was granted.

Hence, the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers, for further directions.

Respondent Nos. 1, 5 & 6 have already filed the counter affidavit.

Four weeks time is granted to respondent No.2 to file the counter affidavit.

Petitioner has failed to file spare copies for issuance of notice to the respondent No.7 in terms of Order dated 8.4.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers.

At this stage, Ld. Counsel for respondent No.4 submits that she has already filed the vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No.7. Registry to verify the same.

Ld. Counsel further submits that she does not wish to file the counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 4 and 7.

Respondent No. 21 is deleted vide order dated 8.4.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers.

Despite service of notice on respondent Nos. 8 to 20 & 22 to 56, there is no appearance on their behalf.

List again on 12.8.2024.

Respondent Nos.10, 30, 57, 65, 74, 90, 104, 105, 113, 159 & 171 have been deleted vide order dated 8.4.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers.

Service of notice is complete on other respondents but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

After expiry of four weeks, the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules.

Appearing respondents have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules.

On request of Ld. Counsel four weeks time, as a last and final opportunity is given to file the counter affidavit.

Service is complete in respect of other respondents.
