UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R

1. IA Nos. 133798/2024 along with IA No. 133799/2024 (exemption from filing official translation) & 122707/2024 seeking impleadment as party respondents and IA No. 54076/2024 seeking impleadment as party petitioner(s) have been filed in SLP(C) No. 19355/2023. IA Nos. 54058/2024, 59393/2024 & 64703/2024 seeking impleadment as party petitioners have been filed in SLP(C) No. 19990/2023.

2. The applications for imleadment are opposed by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the District Primary School Council, South 24 Parganas.

3. The aforesaid applications are required to be listed in the Court. The Registry shall process these applications for listing in the Court after three weeks.

4. In the meantime, learned counsel representing the District Primary School Council may file his objections to the applications seeking impleadment.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in SLP(Civil) Nos. 19355/2023 & 19356-61/2023 submits that he may be permitted to move an application for deletion of the unserved respondents.

6. Needful shall be done within two weeks.
