Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the dispute has been amicably settled before the Pre-Special Lok Adalat Conciliation meeting held on 11.07.2024 at DLSA Kozhikode. As per
the Settlement, an amount of Rs.35,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Five Lakhs) shall be paid by the appellant to the respondent on or before 12.08.2024.
2. In view of the settlement, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks and is permitted to withdraw these Special Leave Petitions.
3. The Special Leave Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the Award.
4. The parties shall abide by the Settlement Agreement.
5. Court fee be refunded as per rules.
