Issue notice, returnable in four weeks.

Mr. P.S. Sudheer, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent no. 1. Service is waived of in respect of respondent no. 1.

Counter affidavit, if any, be filed within four weeks.

In the meanwhile, the direction issued by the High Court regarding payment of back wages shall remain stayed. However, the petitioner is directed to determine the claim of respondent no. 1 for payment of subsistence allowance as per law/rules and if found due, the same shall be released within four weeks.
