For Petitioner(s) Mr. Siddharth, AOR Mr. Amit Kumar Aarawal, Adv.

For Respondent(s)

UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Delay condoned.

Since the order under appeal is an interim order by which the High Court refused to vacate the interim relief granted in the year 2010, we see no reason to interfere in the matter.

However, considering the entirety of the matter, we request High Court to take up the main matter itself for final disposal as early as possible and preferably within six months.

With the aforesaid observations, the special leave petition is dismissed.

Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
