Issue notice.
There shall be interim stay of the impugned judgment and order dated 17th August, 2015, passed by the High Court of Orissa at Cuttack, in Writ Petition (C) No.10161 of 2015.
We also restrain the petitioner herein to recover the sum from the respondent till the disposal of the present special leave petition.
