It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 11.08.2014 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in Writ Petition No. 1241/2011 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 7 days) and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that Civil Appeal No. 6020/2012 between cross parties in the earlier round of litigation was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 24.08.2012, when the Court was pleased to grant the leave. Copy of order dated 24.08.2012 is enclosed herewith.

It is also submitted that in view of Undertaking letter dated 03.01.2015, Counsel for the Petitioner has on 08.01.2015 filed requisite copies of Contempt Case No. 770/2014 dated 28.10.2014 filed before High Court and the same has been included in SLP Paper Books.

The matter alongwith application above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
