So far as, the petition on merit is concerned, we are of the opinion that the petitioner ought to have approached the High Court for the reliefs which they ask for in these proceedings. Hence, we dismiss the present petition. It is needless to add that in the event the petitioners are unsuccessful before the High Court, they would be at liberty to approach this Court against the order of the High Court that may be passed, if there are any substantial question of law involved to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court in such circumstances.
