Meanwhile, it is directed that the petitioner shall deposit 50% of the enhanced amount before the Reference Court within four weeks from today.

On such deposit being made, the respondents shall be at liberty to withdraw half of the amount so deposited, without furnishing security, and the balance amount on furnishing adequate security to the satisfaction of the Reference Court, which may be other than cash or bank guarantee.
