the I.A. Nos.35677 Of 2022 in SLP (C) No.15101 of 2021 & 109444 of 2022 in SLP(C) No.13734 of 2022 would submit that the names of the proforma respondent Nos.4 to 10 in SLP (C) No.15101 of 2021 and proforma respondent Nos. 4 to 16 in SLP(C) No.13734 of 2022 be deleted from the array of the parties.

Considering the submission of the Mr. Jaydip Pati, learned counsel for the petitioners, the names of the aforestated respondents stand deleted from the array of parties at the risk of the petitioners.
