**This is a petition filed under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking transfer of Matrimonial Suit No. 436/2012 titled as "**Dinesh Mandal Versus Sangita Mandal" pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court Singbhum East at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand to the Family Court at Panposh at Rourkela, Orissa.

**Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it fit and proper to allow this transfer petition. Accordingly, Matrimonial Suit No. 436/2012 titled as "**Dinesh Mandal Versus Sangita Mandal" is ordered to be transferred from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court Singbhum East at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand to the Family Court at Panposh at Rourkela, Orissa

Let the records of the case be transferred to the concerned court without delay.

The Transfer Petition is allowed, accordingly.
