UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Respondent no.1 has not been served. The ld. Counsel for respondent no.2 has mentioned that Committee for respondent No.1 has been constituted since 2004 and all the Directors including Ms Pamila Syal as the representative Director for respondent no.1 were in custody however, no better particulars either of her custody or of her residence are available with the counsel for the respondent. However, as per the information by the counsel she has been released on bail but no particulars are available.

Petitioner in the given circumstances, shall take appropriate steps to effect service by way of paper publication.
