UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

On hearing learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners, we are inclined to grant parity to the applicants/petitioners in terms of the judgment of this Court in Civil Appeal No.11355 of 2018 titled as D. Eswara Naidu & Ors. v. "(i) The appellants shall be entitled to compensation at the rate of Rs.3000/- (Rupees Three thousand) per

(ii) However, they shall not be entitled to statutory interest for the period of delay in approaching this Court or the High Court in respect of the amount enhanced by this Court.*

(iii) The compensation to the claimants shall be made within three months from today."
