Four weeks time, as a last chance, is granted to respondent nos.1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 13 to 18, 20, 21, 23, 25, 27 to 30 to file counter affidavit.

Four weeks time, as a last chance, is granted to Ld. counsel for petitioner to file application for substitution in respect of deceased respondent nos.3 and 6 or take appropriate steps.

As per service report from the District & Sessions court, Rewari respondent nos.9, 12, 19, 22, 24 & 26 have expired. Hence, four weeks time, as a last chance, is granted to Ld. counsel for petitioner to file application for substitution in respect of said deceased respondents or take appropriate steps.
