Heard.

The applicants are added as party respondents to the Special Leave Petition. They are permitted to file counter affidavit within two weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within a week thereafter.

Rest of the Matters

Learned counsel for the parties submit that service on some

of the respondents, in these cases, is not yet complete. Counsel for the petitioners prays for and is granted permission to take dasti summons for completing the service on unserved respondents returnable on 24.04.2012.

Parties may in the meanwhile complete their pleading, if not, already completed, including filing of additional documents, if any.

Apart from Dasti Service, the parties in these special leave petitions and connected matters, may serve counsel appearing for the unserved respondents; if such respondents are appearing in any cross/connected appeal.

Post all these special leave petitions along with Civil Appeal No. 3695/2007 on 24.04.2012. 4
