UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Heard learned counsel for the parties. I.A.Nos.9-10 for impleadment are allowed. As these matters require consideration at length, we issue notice on the S.L.Ps. as well as I.As returnable in four weeks. The non-appearing respondents may be served by Dasti also. Considering the facts and circumstances of these matters, we do not grant any interim order at this moment. We make it clear that any promotion or reversion which may take place, that will abide by the final result of these proceedings. The parties may file their respective counter affidavits within four weeks. Rejoinders if any may be filed within four weeks thereafter. This order is peremptory. Matters may be listed after eight weeks. Liberty is given to the parties to mention for early hearing, if so advised.
