The application for vacating stay in the matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 01.04.2016 with an office report dated 31.03.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

479"Learned counsel for the respondent is granted six weeks' time finally for filing vakalatnama and counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within four weeks thereafter."

There are 10 respondents in the matter. Ms. Pragati Neekhra, Advocate has on 23.04.2016 filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1. Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 1 & 6 to 10 and not complete on Respondent Nos. 2 to 5.

It is submitted that Mr. M.C. Dhingra, Advocate has on 09.04.2016 filed application479 for intervention and the same is still defective. The Counsel was requested vide this Registry's letter dated 21.04.2016, but he has not done the needful so far. The application is kept in the file.

It is further submitted that Mr. Abhijit Sengupta, Advocate has on 18.05.2016 filed application for impleadment and the same has been registered as I.A.No. 8 and is being circulated to the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the respondents have not filed Counter Affidavit on their behalf so far.

It is lastly submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed Rejoinder affidavit so far.

The application abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
