1) What are the total number of vacancies in the cadre of Assistant Engineer in the Public Works Department of the State of U.P..
2) What are the number of vacancies relatable to the period prior to 01.07.2004
3) What are the total number of eligible candidates entitled to be considered against the available vacancies.
4) Whether respondents No. 8 and 9 in the present SLP have been declared eligible for purposes of promotion against the available vacancies. If they are being considered eligible, whether the State Government has taken into account the findings of the High Court recorded in its judgment dated 08.09.2011 holding the said respondents to be ineligible.
Objections shall be filed by the petitioners in the SLP within two weeks.
Rejoinders, if any, be filed within two weeks after the counter affidavit is filed.
