No. 10194 of 2015 entitled THE LIFE INSURANCE CORPORATION OF INDIA Versus SRI KALAPPA M. SANKAD AND ORS. arising out of similar issue was listed before this Hon'ble Court on 10.07.2015, when the Court directed issue notice and the same is pending (Copy of the record of proceeding dated 10.07.2015 has been Annexed as Annexure P-10 at Page No. 162 in the SLP paper books for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).
