It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that Mr. G. Prakash, Counsel for the petitioner has on 22.01.2016 filed application for stay of termination order (registered as I.A. Nos. 12) (Copy of the same has been included in the SLP paper books for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court)

It is further submitted that there are 3 respondents. Mr. Gautam Narayan, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 but has not filed the counter affiadavit so far. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing show cause notice has been received back from Respondent No. 1.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent No. 1.

The application alongwith matter abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
