We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the impugned order passed by the Learned Single Judge of the Rajasthan High Court.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it fit and proper to request the High Court to decide the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No. 130/2015 which has been filed by the respondent against an order dated 28.10.2014 passed by the Trial Court expeditiously if possible within three months from the date of filing of certified copy of this order.

Till the disposal of the Civil Appeal, the interim order passed on 07.09.2015 shall remain operative.

In view of the above, the Civil appeal is disposed of.
