UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of both the parties, at length. It is brought to our notice by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent that in terms of the order 2 dated 6 th July, 2015 passed by the High Court, he has deposited Rs.50,000/- (rupees fifty thousand) in the Family Court No.2, Nagpur and also regularly depositing Rs.2,000/- (rupees two thousand only) in the same Court, in the name of Anitha, mother of the petitioner herein. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent, we direct the Family Court No.2, Nagpur to permit the petitioner herein ⬠Kumari Rashmi, to withdraw the amount, which has been deposited in the name of Anitha. We direct the respondent to deposit the amount of Rs.2,000/- in the Bank account of the petitioner herein on or before the 5 th of every month. We request the High Court to dispose of the appeal pending before it, as early as possible, preferably within a period of one year.
