UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Taking into consideration that the dispute is basically a 1. matrimonial dispute between the parties, the matter is referred to Benglore Mediation Centre, Bangalore.

$\mathbf{2}$ . To facilitate the parties to arrive at an amicable settlement, Signa we may veri<del>d</del> irect the parties and their authorized representatives, to endia Potad Section Centre on Bangalore Mediation Centre on 02.11.2023 at 11:00 a.m.

3. The parties are permitted to appear through virtual mode, unless it is specifically directed by the learned Mediator to appear personally.

4. The Coordinator may appoint an experienced Mediator to facilitate a settlement between the parties.

5. Until further orders, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner.
