It is submitted that counsel appearing for respondent no. 4 in SLP (C) No. 21475/2010 has on 24.04.2015 filed counter affidavit with applications for exemption from filing official translation and additional documents without serving on M/s. R.P. Goyal and B. Y. Kulkarni, Advocates. However the same is being circulated herewith. No rejoinder affidavit has been filed so far.

it is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner in CC No. 5219, 5257 and 5274/2015 has on 07.05.2015 filed separate applications for amendment of special leave petitions and the same are circulated herewith.

Service is not complete in SLP (C) No. 21475/2010, 17554 and 17555/2013, 75987599/2015.
