CIVIL APPEAL NO. 148 OF 2013

It is submitted that pursuant to Court's Order dated 18th Febraury, 2016, Counsel for the appellant was asked vide this Registry's letter dated 27th Febraury, 2016 to file an application for bringing on record the Lrs. of deceased sole appellant immediately so that the matter may be processed further but the counsel for the appellant has not done the needful so far.
