It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 31.12.2014 of the High Court of Himachal Pradesh at Shimla in R.S.A. No. 514/2002. The matter initially filed on 16.11.2015 is barred by time by 213 days. The matter was found defective and returned to the counsel. He has on 09.08.2016 refiled the matter after curing the defects which is barred by time by 245 days. Counsel for the petitioner has also filed application for exemption from filing official translation of Annexure P-2(unregistered) and the same have been included in SLP Paper Books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of order/exhibit dated 24.02.1992. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 16.08.2016 and the same has been placed at Page No. 120 of Special Leave Petition paper books.

The matter alongwith applications above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
